Katya Giles Netter is a Los Angeles-based fashion stylist and personal shopper. Having cultivated an interest in style from an early age—thanks to her best friend and lifelong muse, her glamorous grandmother—Katya went on to study fashion design at the Savannah College of Art and Design. As the top salesperson for Marc Jacobs Collection’s Melrose Place flagship, she was an instrumental player in the brand’s retail expansion, relocating to New York to oversee the opening of its West Village boutique. Later, while in New York, she helped open the Tom Binns Megastore as its manager, conceptualizing all visual merchandising and managing a small team of employees.

Since 2010, she’s channeled her fashion expertise into styling and personal shopping. She has been an assistant stylist to Samantha McMillen, Jeanne Yang, Chloe Hartstein, Ryan Hastings, Elizabeth Stewart, Jeanann Williams and Cher Coulter. Dressing celebrity clients including Elle and Dakota Fanning, Brie Larson, Elliot Page, Michelle Pfeiffer, Jennifer Lopez, Mark Ruffalo, Glenn Close, Melissa McCarthy, Johnny Depp, Chris Hemsworth, Amber Heard, Diana Silvers and more.

As an independent stylist, she has personally styled Kirsten Dunst, Nicholas Braun, Cazzie David, Chelsea Handler, Kelly Osbourne, Janelle James, Jaclyn Smith, Grace Kaufman, Langley Fox, Grace Johnson, Stella Banderas, Sarah Sutherland, Tess Barthelemy to name a few. She’s also worked on luxury and lifestyle campaigns, from Givenchy to Old Navy.

As a personal shopper, she works directly with private clients, searching for and shopping the latest trends tailored to each client's personal style, followed by one-on-one fittings. She is also available for clients seeking full wardrobe updates, and loves to work with each client to organize their closets, adding new pieces, helping to eliminate and give life to old ones.
